Srijit Mukherji and Prosenjit Chatterjee have a wonderful working relationship, with the latter having featured in 3 of the 4 films made by the former so far (Autograph, Baishe Srabon and the recent Mishawr Rawhoshyo). The dynamic duo return once again with Jaatishwar, which is inspired from the 1967 Bengali hit Antony Firingee, directed by Sunil Bannerjee and featuring Uttam Kumar and Tanuja.
